As we’ve written about in Here, we try to guide our patients and clients through the confusion of insurance, payments, and what treatment actually costs. Choosing a healthcare provider is stressful enough without having to worry about the money side of things.

The confusing world of insurance, co-payment, deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, and the like make selecting a provider even more challenging. At ProActive Rehabilitation & Wellness, we try to remove some of that confusion by providing explanations and detailed estimates at the outset of therapy. That way, you can make informed decisions based off of costs. At your first appointment, we will provide you a detailed financial information form that will show you your insurance coverage details and costs, if any, that you can expect. If you have any questions or would like to know more, give us a call, and one of our care coordination team members will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

At ProActive Rehabilitation & Wellness, we accept most major insurance plans, and are always willing to work with you and your insurance company if needed to make sure you can get the care you need to recover from an injury, overcome pain, or get back to doing the things that are important to you. Well also offer Packaged Services for those who may be part of a Health Share or may not have insurance coverage.

If you have been in a car accident and are trying to receive services through your auto insurance provider, reach out and we can work with you and your insurance carrier to bill through your auto insurance carrier.
